Aniwaniwa Cottage is fully self contained and private; a sunny warm place you can relax in and call home. Everything including furniture, linen, bedding, appliances, kitchenware, cuttlery, crockery, phone (with free calls to all NZ landlines), gas, power, water, rates, linen, Sky TV, and a wireless broadband connection is provided.

Devonport is a special place: just an eight minute stroll, then a ten minute ferry ride to the Downtown Auckland Central Business District area.

Close access to excellent local schools including Takuranga Playcentre, St Leos Primary, Devonport Primary, Stanley Bay Primary, Belmont Intermediate, Takapuna Grammar. The University of Auckland and the Auckland University of Technology are 10 mins by Ferry then a short stroll.

Fully self contained and private, this includes your own well equiped kitchen with all the basic ingredients, family room, dining area, own bathroom, one double and two twin bedrooms. (Also possible use of a small office and access to another bedroom for short term guests). Full use of own private deck with barbeque, plus use of laundry, garden, swimming pool and off street parking. Our normal longer term tariff is $800 per week (including GST) based on a period of 15 weeks + (We are NEGOTIABLE around this for other periods. Housekeeping services are not provided. Sorry no pets. We are smoke free.
